As the property backs onto the golf course and is governed by a Body Corporate, both Body Corporate approval and Council approval were required before construction could begin. We are extremely happy with our new pergola from Jeff and Sharon at Garden Envi. The whole process was seamless with Sharon and Jeff clearly setting out the process steps with the various permits and plan submissions with the local council and also getting approval requests signed off to meet our local covenant guidelines. There were several visits on site to recheck measurements so that everything went smoothly on the day of install. The quality of workmanship was outstanding and attention to detail was obvious with painting and finish of the quality timbers used.
